Notice to all Property Practitioners – Amendment of Details in PPRA Records

The PPRA wishes to remind all practitioners that section 47(7) and regulation 15(8) makes it obligatory to advise the PPRA within 14 days of any changes to their contact details or details appearing on their FFC, and failure to do so will result in the issuing of a compliance notice with a possible fine.
