Pamela is a practicing Attorney, Notary Public and Conveyancer based in Cape Town at Guthrie Colananni Attorneys. She is a qualified Professional Associate Valuer registered.
Prior to commencing her articles in 2018, she worked in the Property Valuations industry in the area of Municipal Valuations for over 8 years and gained experience in valuations of agricultural and residential properties. She is currently expanding her experience in valuing commercial properties.
In September 2019 she was appointed to serve on the committee of The Cape Town Candidate Attorney Association (CTCAA) as the Deputy Chairperson. The CTCAA is body of future legal practitioners practising law in the greater Cape Town area. It connects Candidate Legal Practitioners and other professionals through events and initiatives focused on networking, professional development and promoting social responsibility.
She is an avid fitness fanatic and completed her first marathon in 2019. She later became an ambassador for The Sanlam Cape Town Marathon from the years 2023 to 2026. In May 2026, she was part of the ambassadors that rallied to get the race to be declared the eighth Abbott World Marathon Major. She ran her first Ultimate race, The Comrades Marathon, in 2024 and attained her back-to-back in 2025.

Kedibone Refilwe Tsiloane is a seasoned governance, risk, audit and finance professional with over 12 years of experience spanning the financial services, consulting, manufacturing and public sectors. Ms Tsiloane has built a distinguished career providing strategic leadership in governance, risk management, financial oversight, internal audit and regulatory compliance. Her professional experience includes senior roles at leading organisations such as KPMG, Discovery Group, Bidvest Bank and FirstRand Group, where she led complex risk-based audits across multiple international jurisdictions including the United Kingdom, India, Nigeria, Namibia, Botswana, Zambia, Tanzania, Lesotho and Eswatini. Her areas of expertise include enterprise risk management, anti-money laundering, treasury and liquidity risk, operational risk, corporate and investment banking, governance and internal controls.
In addition to her corporate experience, Ms Tsiloane served as Managing Director of Ramtsilo Trading (Pty) Ltd, a manufacturing business focused on innovative and sustainable building materials. In this role, she was responsible for financial strategy, treasury management, funding and capital raising, budgeting, financial reporting, risk management and business growth initiatives. Under her leadership, the business successfully expanded its operations, strengthened financial management practices and secured funding to support growth and sustainability objectives.
Ms Tsiloane currently serves as a Board Member of the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA), where she chairs the Transformation Committee and serves on the Finance and Investment, Audit and Risk, and Human Capital Committees. In this capacity, she provides oversight on governance, financial management, risk management, regulatory compliance and organisational performance. She previously served as a Board Member of the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), where she was a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and the Finance and Investment Committee, contributing to the oversight of the Council’s governance frameworks and the management of its R9 billion Warranty Fund.

Ms Gilbert has over 25 years of experience in the public sector of South Africa. She is currently the senior manager for Credit Law and Policy at the dtic. Her areas of expertise include public policy and legislation, diplomatic relations, international relations, ethics and governance. Ms Gilbert’s portfolio entails strategic policy development and legislative review in the area of credit law. She provides technical input to legislative development processes and is engaged in work to shape policies, draft bills, and develop amendments and regulations that align with national priorities, while participating in various inter-governmental working groups. Leshabe is currently a director of several companies involved in business consulting, engineering and project management, retail and property development. He has more than 25 years of public sector experience having worked at a university, Office of the Premier as DDG for strategy and policy, Municipal Manager, HOD for Local Government and Housing, and for various consulting companies doing work for all spheres of Government.
He has before joining the public sector started his career in the private sector, working for CONSOL Limited (finance department) and Standard Bank (Forex division).
He has served as part of the University of the Limpopo (North) Council, was a member of the Limpopo Tender Board, served as a member of the MBA advisory committee at the University of Limpopo, and was also a member of Lepelle Water Board where he served as chairperson of the finance committee for two terms, and also served as a member of the Audit Committee.
Over the many years of experience he has managed large scale and complex change initiatives. He was part of the team which established the Limpopo Provincial Administration from the three homelands as well as the Transvaal Provincial Administration in 1994. In 1998 he led the Task Team which drafted the Limpopo s first Growth and Development Strategy. In 2005 he coordinated the Premier Advisory Team on Supply Chain reform for Limpopo Province. He has a solid grasp of public policy development and implementation, and has worked in all spheres of Government, including in different provinces. Throughout his many years of professional work, research, and compilation of reports and policies, he has also made presentations to a myriad of stakeholders in the private, public sectors as well as to community organizations. He has also led international delegations on study tours and attendance of investment conferences and seminars.
He has a good experience of running successful companies in the private sector, which include engineering, property management and retail, and has been able to develop a solid investment base in the sectors. These companies have solid leadership and management structures and systems developed over time under his stewardship.
