One Learner – One Property Practitioner
The One Learner, One Property Practitioner programme is a strategic transformation initiative aimed at fast-tracking the development of previously disadvantaged and young South Africans, particularly those between the ages of 18 and 35 years, into fully qualified property practitioners.
Through a structured combination of theoretical training, mentorship, and workplace placement with host employers, learners are provided with a practical learning environment that enables them to gain industry-relevant experience.
The programme equips participants with the necessary qualifications and credentials required to operate professionally in the real estate sector.
These include obtaining a Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), achieving the NQF Level 4 Real Estate qualification, successfully completing the Professional Designation Examination (PDE 4).
Objective
The primary objective of the One learner programme is to promote transformation, inclusivity, and skills development within the property sector by creating sustainable pathways for youth and previously disadvantaged individuals to participate meaningfully in the real estate value chain.
The programme seeks to bridge the gap between education and employment, enhancing economic participation, professional growth, and compliance with regulatory standards in line with the PPRA’s mandate and national transformation goals.
