Registrations

The Licensing and Registration Business Unit (BU) is tasked with implementing Sections 4, 47, 48, and 49 of the PPA, which require Property Practitioners to obtain and hold a valid FFC or RC.

The BU is responsible for the issuance of FFCs or RCs across 12 industries within property sectors, in terms of Section 47 of the PPA and administers exemptions in terms of Section 4 of the PPA
