Investigations Mediations Adjudications
The PPA provides an extensive framework for consumer protection while also providing for the elimination of unethical business practices amongst property practitioners.
The Investigations Mediations Adjudications (IMA) department comprises an in-house legal team that is primarily responsible for providing free and accessible services for the investigation, mediations and adjudication of complaints lodged with the PPRA.
Parties involved in the complaints process do not need to be represented by an attorney, although the Respondent is at liberty to be represented whilst the PPRA in-house legal team represents the complainant.
