Please note that Personal Development Plans (PDPs) are now available on the portal. Property practitioners can begin creating and submitting their 2026 PDPs.
Kindly be advised that the 2026 E-Learning modules are not yet available, as we are currently in the final stages of preparation. A formal communiqué will be sent to all property practitioners once the modules are uploaded.
We urge all property practitioners who have not yet complied with their CPD requirements for 2023, 2024, and 2025 to do so as a matter of urgency. Please note that access to the portal will be restricted for practitioners who have not completed all outstanding CPD requirements.
The CPD fee for 2026 is R1,837. An early bird fee of R1,775 was available until 31 March 2026.
