This communiqué serves to notify all Property Practitioners who inadvertently wrote and submitted the PDE 4 question paper instead of the PDE 5 examination to please urgently come forward.
Affected practitioners are requested to email exams@theppra.org.za so that we may verify their eligible to write the PDE 5 and whether the required examination fee had been paid.
Once the affected practitioners have been identified and verified, a special examination date will be scheduled to afford them an opportunity to correct the error.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused and remain committed to assisting all affected Property Practitioners as efficiently as possible.
