The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority confirms that, in terms of regulation 15(4) the last day for renewal of FFCs expiring in 2025, is 31 October 2025. The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) reminds all property practitioners that the renewal period for 2026 Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs) and Registration Certificates (RCs) will open on 01 July 2025 and close on 31 October 2025, as prescribed in Section 47 of the Property Practitioners Act.
