The Board of the PPRA has passed a resolution requiring payment of administration fees for the various operations performed by the Regulator. Accordingly, the Registrations and Licensing Department wishes to advise all property practitioners that, as from 1st November 2024,   

The PPRA regrets to advise that the agent’s portal for submission of applications and queries is not operating correctly due to the recent IT migration.

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) hereby gives notice and calls upon all property practitioners who have not registered for their FFC or renewed for 2022 to ensure that they comply with section 47 (1) of the Property Practitioners Act by approaching the PPRA for their registration on or before the 30 June 2022.

2025 FFC RENEWALS TO BE ISSUED IN JANUARY   We have identified that some property practitioners have received an FFC for 2024-2026 instead of 2025-2027. We wish to assure you that corrected 2025 FFCs will be issued in January 2025
