The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority confirms that, in terms of regulation 15(4) the last day for renewal of FFCs expiring in 2025, is 31 October 2025. In terms of section 47(2) of the Property Practitioners Act 22/2019 such property practitioner shall a submit an application in the prescribed manner to give effect to such renewal.
