Inspections and investigation guidelines

The objective for the guidelines includes to: –

1. To communicate with property practitioners on the changes brought about by the Property Practitioners Act, 2019(PPA);
2. To outlines some of the pertinent aspects of inspections in relation to the Act ;
3. To explain what inspections is composed of in a practical manner and further touch on the areas of non – compliance and potential maximum fines;
4. To ensure that the Authority’s policies and procedures reflect best practices;
5. Identify opportunities for enhanced collaboration and further engagements on the guidelines.
