PURPOSE OF THE FUND

The Fund is established for the following:

• To reimburse person who have suffered financial loss as a result of dealing with an estate agent e.g. theft of trust monies;
• Payment of insurance premium;
• Payment of expenses involved in the control and management of the Fund;
• Public awareness Programme.
