The Minister of Human Settlements, Honourable Mmamoloko T. Kubayi, has recently gazetted the draft White Paper for Human Settlements in accordance with the Housing Act of 1997.

This draft, published in Volume 702, Gazette No. 49895 on 18 December 2023, is open for public comments until February 2024.

As key stakeholders in the property sector, the PPRA invites you to share your valuable insights and inputs on the draft White Paper. Your perspectives are crucial in ensuring that policies relating to our sector adequately address the needs and challenges faced by all players in the property sector.

Please submit your inputs by the 28 February 2024 to naledi.mphahlele@theppra.org.za. We will collate and send to the department.
