TO ALL PDE CANDIDATES: NOTICE REGARDING THE ONLINE PROFESSIONAL DESIGNATION EXAMINATION WRITTEN ON 17 NOVEMBER 2022
Regrettably, it has been brought to the attention of the PPRA that some candidates who were scheduled to write the Professional Designation Examination (PDE) experienced various challenges in relation to receiving login details to access exams and that those who managed to login were kicked-out of the exam platform and were not able to continue with the examinations. The PPRA profusely apologises to all affected candidates for this unfortunate experience.
In light of the abovementioned circumstances, the Board of the PPRA has resolved the following:
- that the affected candidates will be allowed to rewrite the examination at no additional cost to them;
- that a new date of the examinations be communicated in the coming days;
- that a new date of the examinations be between two to three weeks from today;
- that candidates be encouraged to update their email addresses on the portal so that communication is sent out to the latest email addresses.
It must be noted that the above arrangement does not apply to candidates who were able to sit for the physical and oral examinations on 17 November 2022. It also does not apply to those who have been able to write and complete the examination.
Best regards,
The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority
