All practitioners and consumers are warned of fraudulent and harmful activities allegedly perpetrated by certain estate agents operating under the name of LETABA REAL ESTATE in the Tzaneen and surrounding areas. A certain WILMA KRUGER is representing herself as the “owner” of the company. Wilma Kruger is not registered with the PPRA as a principal of any firm and is not authorised to operate as such.

 

Her associate, SHEENA LEIGH, is also operating under this firm and allegedly involved in numerous claims of fraudulent conduct and theft of trust money received by the PPRA and alleged to have been perpetrated by this firm. She is not authorised to operate under the firm. Criminal charges and disciplinary processes are ongoing against the perpetrators. The firm and staff are not currently in possession of a fidelity fund certificate permitting them to operate in the property industry.

All consumers are warned most strenuously against making use of this firm or its property practitioners and the abovementioned persons in particular. No loss of trust money arising from association with this firm at a time when it was operating unlawfully will be recoverable from the fidelity fund.
