be advised that the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has not issued the new guidelines for standards of training for real estate or the practical training course. Until such guidelines are officially released, we strongly urge all training providers to cease any speculative activities or practices that may exploit vulnerable candidates.
