NOTICE: 2025 FFC RENEWALS TO BE ISSUED IN JANUARY

Please be advised of a system error that has occurred during the 2025 renewal season. The system has issued some Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs) and Registration Certificates (RCs) with a commencement date of 2024 instead of 2025.

As a result, new FFCs for 2025 valid from 1 January will only be issued from 6 January 2025, in order to avoid this problem affecting your new FFC.

We have identified that some property practitioners have already been affected by this system error, having received an FFC for 2024-2026 instead of 2025-2027. We wish to assure you that corrected 2025 FFCs will be issued in January 2025.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.

What to Do If You Have Not Received Your 2025 FFC

If you have paid for your 2025 FFC renewal on time, but have not received any correspondence from the PPRA, please advise the PPRA

• via the portal to enable swift assistance.
• Alternatively, you may escalate your query to: FFCRenewals@theppra.org.za.
