The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority regrets to advise that due to system development, registration and licencing processes are not fully functional. The PPRA is working tirelessly with its IT partners to restore full productivity as soon as possible and undertakes to keep property practitioners and stakeholders advised as to the progress.

The processes affected are the following:

 

 

Property practitioners are advised that the time period for registration of compliant applications is extended in terms of Section 49(1) for the aforesaid reasons.

 

We apologise for the inconvenience and provide our assurance that we are doing everything possible to resolve the issues.
