FIDELITY FUND CERTIFICATES FOR 2020 UPDATE

The Estate Agency Affairs Board (EAAB) has processed all applications from legally compliant estate agents for their 2020 fidelity fund certificates (FFC’s).

By 18:30pm on 19 December, 30 025 fidelity fund certificates were issued to estate agents who applied on time and who are fully compliant. The FFC’s can be downloaded from the EAAB portal.

A total of 180 queries were received via an email hotline (FFC2020@eaab.org.za) set up to deal with all FFC related matters. All these queries are being dealt with by a dedicated team.

The cut-off for queries to be logged to this email address is Friday 20 December 2019 at 10am.

All non-compliant estate agents will be dealt with in due course.

The EAAB is confident that all valid and compliant FFC’s will be finalized by 20 December 2019 on which day the EAAB will issue a report to all stakeholders.
