EXTENSION OF CPD POINTS ACQUISITION
EXTENSION OF CPD POINTS ACQUISITION
The EAAB published a communique citing that CPD fees for 2020 will be waived and that those estate agents who have already made payment towards their CPD fees will have their accounts credited for the 2021 financial year. Thus, the said estate agents will not be required to pay the CPD fees in the corresponding year, i.e. 2021.
The EAAB hereby grants extension to all estate agents to catch up and finalise their annual CPD points. (Normally, estate agents have up to 31 March of every year to obtain their yearly CPD points but this year we are extending the period for 6 months, meaning now they have till 30 June 2021 to catch up with their yearly CPD 2020 points).
