CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (CPD) SYSTEM GLITCH

During the course of 2020, the EAAB published a communique citing that CPD fees for 2020 will be waived and that those estate agents who have already made payment towards their CPD fees will have their accounts credited for the 2021 financial year. Thus, the said estate agents will not be required to pay CPD fees in respect of the 2021 CPD programme.

We are currently experiencing technical problems with our IT system making it impossible for estate agents to access the CPD portal and complete e-Learning.

In light of the above, we humbly request estate agents who have been experiencing problems accessing e-Learning via the CPD portal not to attempt to access the CPD portal until the technical error is resolved.

A communique will be sent to all affected agents once the technical glitch is resolved.

The EAAB management sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused by the technical problem in our CPD system. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
