We confirm that the hearing of the application brought by the EAAB in the South Gauteng High Court for interdictory and other relief against CSTM has been enrolled for hearing in Court 6E tomorrow, Tuesday 24 May 2011 at 10:00am, so soon thereafter the matter may be heard. 

It is possible that Mr Thami Bolani, Chairman of the EAAB will be present at the hearing and he will be available to answer all questions pertaining to the matter once judgement has been delivered.
