The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) has regrettably become aware of information circulating in different forms of media that an examination paper meant to be written tomorrow has been leaked.

The PPRA would like to categorically state that the examination paper in question is a past examination paper and not the one meant to be written tomorrow. Therefore, the integrity of the examination to be written tomorrow is intact and has not be compromised in any form. In the meanwhile, the PPRA is taking this matter seriously and is conducting its own internal investigation and will deal with the matter internally and inform the industry of the outcome of its processes.
