APPOINTMENT OF ADJUDICATORS, MEDIATORS, TRANSCRIBERS/RECORDING COMPANY & ADJUDICATION APPEAL PANEL IN CAPE TOWN, PORT ELIZABETH, DURBAN & GAUTENG
DESCRIPTION
1. The Estate Agency Affairs Board Requires adjudicators, mediators, transcribes (recording company and adjudicators appeal panel) as per the PPRA to assist with Enforcement and compliance legal matters, in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Durban & Gauteng.
2.Each Province must have adjudicators, mediators, transcribes (recording company) and adjudicators appeal panel.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
•Act 22 of 2019 requires authority to appoint independent legal qualified persons as adjudicators.
•Transcribes must know following languages English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Xhosa, Ndebele, Tswana, Pedi, Setswana, Sesotho, Venda & Tsonga.

1. Proposals must provide a pricing schedule which clearly sets out the cost of providing the services including any applicable charges
