The Board of the PPRA has passed a resolution requiring payment of administration fees for the various operations performed by the Regulator. Accordingly, the Registrations and Licensing Department wishes to advise all property practitioners that, as from 1^st November 2024, all registration and licensing transaction services will attract an administration fee in line with the Board resolution, as contained in the schedule below.
