COMMUNICATION TO ALL AFFECTED EXAM CANDIDATES WHO COULD NOT WRITE THE EXAM ON THE 17TH AND 30TH NOVEMBER 2022

The PPRA is aware that some stakeholders who successfully registered for PDE scheduled for the 17th and 30th November 2022 could not undertake the examination due to various reasons. As a result, the PPRA will allow all these candidates to write the exam on 9 February and 23 March 2023.

It is important that the stakeholders who were negatively affected also register on the portal for the relevant examination as this is the only way the PPRA will know which venues will be able to accommodate what numbers. The stakeholders who were affected will not be required to make payment but they will also be communicated to with regards to their allocated exam seat numbers using the previous exam fees paid to align with the new portal exam enrolment received. It is important to note that anyone who does not register on the portal will not be issued with the exam seat number and they will not able to access the exam centre/venue.

Candidates are further advised to update their email addresses on the portal.

We thank you for your understanding and wishing you best of luck for the forthcoming examination.

Best regards,

The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority
