CLARIFICATION ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE OCCUPATIONAL REAL ESTATE QUALIFICATIONS
The two new occupational qualifications for estate agents, namely the Occupational Certificate: Real Estate Agent (SAQA QUAL ID 118714) at NQF Level 4, and the Higher Occupational Certificate: Principal Real Estate Agent (SAQA QUAL ID 121691) at NQF Level 5, officially became effective on 1 July 2024.
