The Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority (PPRA) reminds all property practitioners that the renewal period for 2026 Fidelity Fund Certificates (FFCs) and Registration Certificates (RCs) will open on 01 July 2025 and close on 31 October 2025, as prescribed in Section 47 of the Property Practitioners Act. This applies to all current FFCs and RCs expiring on 31 December 2025. To continue operating legally in 2026, practitioners must renew before 31 October 2025.
